Our Inclusion Team consists of:

The Team brings together a wealth of experience and specialism to support the needs of our children. Members work together with the school community to overcome barriers to learning and secure opportunities for success.
Restorative Approaches at St Thomas’
The Inclusion Team play a significant role in ensuring that restorative approaches are used within the school to support the children to understand the benefits of working collaboratively and in harmony with others. The Inclusion Team help children engage in restorative processes that help them to resolve conflict positively with others, act assertively to ensure that problems are solved correctly and to maintain positive relationships with children and staff at St Thomas’.
