On Friday 17th of May, we will be revelling in the success of this amazing scheme with a 1st birthday celebration. More details to follow in future bulletins.
It is only thanks to the dedication of a small set of volunteers that the scheme has survived. There have been many days when the barriers almost haven’t gone up because there are not enough people to man them. If you are able to keep the scheme running by volunteering to stand on a barrier, please contact the school office.
Please avoid trying to drive in the closure zone at all during the short closure times unless absolutely necessary. This will keep the roads safe, pollution free and encourage all of our children to be more active and healthy.
